Jak and the Scarlet Thread…readers?

I’m looking for people, both adults and kids, who would be interested in being a test market for the first five chapters of “Jak and the Scarlet Thread.” The intended audience is the Chronicles of Narnia/Harry Potter crowd. Chapter One
jjjjjJak had no idea that three words could hurt so much.
jjjjjA moment before, he had been leaning against the orange couch in the basement, but as soon as the words were out of his mouth, the musty smell of the concrete blocks whooshed away and the walls disappeared.
jjjjjHe now lay flat on his back, his right heel throbbing, surrounded by a swirling mist and a troop of long-armed trees. His eyes darted back and forth from one black trunk to the next, and panic began to rise in his throat. What had happened to the basement? Where was he now? And why did his foot hurt so much?

    I might be a bit (40 years) older than your target audience, but am a Narnia fan and am anxious to meet Jak. Why does his foot hurt so much?

    If you need any more ‘market’ readers, Landen and Morgan would be more than thrilled. I am sure the whole family would end up reading it – we love a great book!
    Also, wanted you to know that you are lifted up daily in our prayers. Morgan is our prayer warrior and has taken upon herself to pray specifically for yor and your family each and every night prior to bed.
